Graduate Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Participate in training programs and workshops
• Assist in daily departmental tasks and projects
• Learn company policies, processes, and operations
• Support senior staff and team members in assigned duties
• Conduct research and prepare reports when required
• Rotate across different departments (if applicable)
• Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
• Attend meetings and contribute ideas where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and learning progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
