Job Description
Key Responsibilities Support fundraising efforts by researching and identifying potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities. Maintain an updated database of donor and partner prospects, including records of engagement, proposals, and outcomes. Track and report on the progress of funding opportunities and partnership initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up. Collect, document, and compile impact stories, case studies, and testimonies to support donor reports and fundraising campaigns. Provide logistical and coordination support for alumni engagement initiatives and events. Draft correspondence, acknowledgements, and administrative documents related to fundraising and partnerships. Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.  Liaise with the Marketing and Communications Officer and the Content Development Assistant to ensure alignment of fundraising messaging and storytelling. Manage administrative functions of the Advancement Division, including scheduling meetings, filing records, processing requisitions, and handling general office communication. Perform any other duties assigned in support of the Advancement Division’s objectives.  Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Health Sciences, Communications, or a related field. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE At least two (2) years’ experience in marketing, fundraising, administration, public relations, or digital communications in a university, NGO, or corporate setting. Good administration and coordination skills with knowledge of various tools used in the higher education fundraising space. Proven ability to work in multicultural environments. Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines and cross functional collaboration.
