Job Description

• Process, bill, batch and submit Insurance claims to the respective Insurance companies and provide weekly report of the same
• Receive and review the daily cashiers report and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and update customer statements by the 4th of every month.
• Follow-up on the company’s debt and ensure payments are done on time.
• Receive and post all Supplier invoices in the system on a daily basis
• Prepare and update all suppliers’ statements by 4th of every month.
• Calculate Doctor’s fees weekly and prepare a monthly Doctor’s fees schedule by 3rd of every month.
• Prepare, update and distribute the doctors’ statements after every payment.
• Prepare and upload all payments after seeking relevant authorization
• Perform weekly bank reconciliation and submit weekly reports thereon.
• Perform periodic surprise stock-take and the monthly stock take at the end of each month.
• Manage Inventory management and prepare daily inventory movement report.
• Enforce internal control measures and ensure compliance.
• Ensure all transactions are posted in the system by 3rd of each month in preparation for monthly reporting by 5th.
• Supervise petty cash postings and spending, and facilitate re-imbursement.
• Prepare and send the admin dashboard during the bi-weekly staff meetings.
• Prepare and file all statutory deductions by the respective dates.
