Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with corporate objectives; lead the preparation of annual budgets/financial plans; monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Partner with retail operations, procurement and sales teams to minimise costs and improve financial performance.
Lead, mentor and develop the finance team members.

Requirements:

B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field.
Minimum of six years' relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least three years’ experience in a senior or leadership role.
A higher degree or professional certification (ACA or ACCA) is an added advantage.
