Job Description

Support month-end closing by preparing basic reports and schedules

Assist with cost analysis and simple reporting tasks

Help prepare weekly variance reports and flag unusual trends

Support reconciliations (e.g. inventory, accruals)

Assist in tracking production and manufacturing cost data

Help prepare and check accruals to ensure costs are recorded correctly

Support analysis of slow-moving or off-spec inventory

Maintain organised documentation and files

Follow up with internal teams (e.g. Finance, Manufacturing) for required information

Assist with ad-hoc tasks and reporting as assigned
