Executive/Senior Executive, Operations (Contract of Employment)

The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to join the Operations Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the Versa App

The Responsibilities:

1. Operations Support
1. Manage 1st-level operational cases while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution from both internal & external stakeholders
2. Identify root causes of various system issues identified by customers and internal stakeholders
3. Perform checks on transactions, app pushes, and other key operations for accuracy and compliance
4. Configure selected app features, handle manual adjustments, and ensure operational continuity for the Versa App
5. Support feature rollouts, app updates, and product testing with cross-functional teams
6. Input key data, ensure data accuracy across reporting tools and dashboards
7. Manage relationships & communication with our partners Ops Team
2. Project Coordination
1. Document key workflow processes and identify solutions to improve the team’s efficiency
2. Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments
