Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Safe and reliable transport for executives
  • Ensure punctuality and plan efficient routes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness
  • Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained
  • Handle servicing, repairs, and vehicle documentation
  • Maintain trip, mileage, and fuel records
  • Observe traffic laws and company safety policies
  • Assist with errands and assigned tasks
  • Provide professional and courteous service
  • Flexible to work outside normal hours when required
  • Report incidents and emergencies promptly
  • Maintain high standards of grooming and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of driving experience.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
  • Ability to use GPS and mobile applications.
  • Valid Kenyan Driving License.
  • Valid Kenyan Motorcycle Licence (Class A2 or A3; A3 is preferred for commercial delivery riders/couriers).
  • Must be above 26 years old.
