Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues on time.
• Process customer orders, applications, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet customer service performance targets and quality standards.
• Assist in promoting company products and services where appropriate.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
