Eligibility requirements

Eligible bidders shall meet the following requirements:

Be legally registered to undertake construction works in Tanzania.
Demonstrate experience in executing similar construction projects.
Submit an unconditional Bid Bond equal to 2.5% of the total bid amount.
Ensure the Bid Bond is valid for 90 days from the bid submission deadline.
Note that the Bid Bond will be returned to all bidders upon completion of the tender evaluation and contract award process, in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents.
Submit bids that remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
Ensure that all required tender documents are complete and comply with the tender requirements.
