Centralized Product Development Officer

Job Description

Develop new food products from formulation, prototyping, and product validation.

Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.

Translate kitchen recipes into scalable manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, QA/QC, and Commercial teams during product development and launch.

Improve existing products through reformulation, cost optimization, and quality enhancement.

Prepare and maintain product documentation, including formulations, specifications, SOPs, and technical reports.

Source and evaluate new ingredients and packaging materials.

Support production trials and first commercial production to ensure successful product launch.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Research & Development, Product Development, or New Product Development within the food and beverage industry.
