Call Centre Agent / Lead Generator

Kinetic Group Solutions (KGS) is looking for reliable and motivated Call Centre Agents / Lead Generators to join our in-office team in Centurion.

This is an outbound calling and lead generation role. You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, following campaign scripts and processes, generating qualified leads and working towards daily performance targets.

 This is a commission-based position only. There is no fixed basic salary. Earnings are based on individual performance and successful results generated.

Key responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers

• Generating and submitting qualified leads

• Following campaign scripts and required processes

• Capturing customer information accurately

• Meeting daily call and lead targets

• Maintaining good call quality and professionalism

• Participating in coaching and performance reviews

• Maintaining consistent attendance and productivity

• Working as part of a target-driven team

We are looking for candidates who communicate clearly, are confident on the phone, reliable, focused and comfortable working towards daily targets.

Previous experience in call centres, lead generation, telesales, insurance, customer service, debt collection or sales will be advantageous. Candidates with strong communication skills, a good attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
