Job description

The successful candidates will perform the following duties:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
• Provide customer support: Assist customers with their concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete data entry and documentation: Record accurate information in databases and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Conduct follow-ups: Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved and ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to procedures: Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working in a call center or customer support role.
• Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, spoken and written.
