Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NAYA's annual brand and marketing strategy across digital and physical channels
• Own and grow NAYA's social media presence: content creation, scheduling, community management and influencer engagement
• Lead product launch campaigns from brief to execution in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Develop NAYA's storytelling: supplier stories, product origins, team profiles and impact content
• Manage the NAYA website and e-commerce presence in collaboration with the Sales team
• Track and report on brand and marketing KPIs: follower growth, engagement, traffic, conversions and campaign ROI
• Manage the marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints: packaging, print, digital and in-store
• Identify and activate new market entry opportunities: trade shows, international platforms, retail partnerships

Person Specification

• Education Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Communication Design or related field.
• Experience Minimum 3 years in a brand or marketing role. Beauty, lifestyle, FMCG or purpose-driven brand experience is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong social media management and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools is an advantage.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and email marketing tools.

Behavioural Skills

• Creative, organised, commercially minded.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to balance brand integrity with business growth targets.
