Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff across all branches.
  

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, conduct, and welfare.
  

• Review branch sales, reports, and operational performance.
  

• Conduct regular branch visits and ensure operational standards are maintained.
  

• Review CCTV footage to monitor compliance, attendance, and service quality.
  

• Coordinate branch purchases and operational requirements.
  

• Conduct market research and prepare growth recommendations.
  

• Represent the General Manager in meetings when required.
  

• Ensure all branches maintain excellent customer service and workplace standards.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, administration, supervision, or branch management.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Good report writing and computer skills.
  

• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  

• Ability to work independently and travel regularly between branches.
