Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Prepare drinks accurately based on Karak & Go SOPs.
  • Maintain 3 squeeze bottles per flavor each morning.
  • Keep station clean, well-stocked, and organized.
  • Stay at your bar station at all times during the shift.
  • Report any low or depleted supplies early.
  • Interact with customers professionally when needed.
  • Maintain shop aesthetics and represent K&G values.

Execution at Karak & Go
  • Prep foam bottles early as possible.
  • Clean and refill matcha set, coffee grinder, and espresso machine daily.
  • Re-check recipe book when making new or seasonal drinks.
  • Immediately inform storekeeper and cash manager if any supplies are running out.
  • Clean station before, on-the-go, and after shift, sanitize equipment thoroughly.
  • Assist wait staff if needed with packing or cup checks: without leaving your station.
