  • Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing customers invoice based on accounting procedures.
  • Matching payments to invoice numbers.
  • Managing the accounts receivables ledger.
  • Researching & investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.
  • Handling customer’s inquiries regarding billing issues.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance or accounting or holder of ZICA, CIMA & ACCA.
  • Paid up member of ZICA.
  • 1-Year experience in any sector but logistics will be an added advantage.
  • Advance Knowledge in Microsoft excel & ERP such as Mastruck, Tally, SAGE 300 etc.
  • Excellent analytical & numerical abilities.
