Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and project presentations.
• Produce clear visual materials for clients, management, and marketing purposes.
• Revise drawings and designs based on project requirements and feedback.
• Assist with approval drawings, planning submissions, and project documentation.
• Organise and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and project files.
• Work with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and relevant building standards.
• An eye for interior decoration
• Assist with preparing project proposals and presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Serving NYSC member or recent graduate with a degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Must be proficient in SketchUp and other 3D modelling or rendering tools.
• The candidate should understand architectural drawings, design development, project documentation, and presentation.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
