Job Description
The RintiZ Program is an entry-level talent development scheme designed to attract young individuals who want to level up their income and build long-term career foundations in the financial services industry. This role focuses on developing core business habits, client engagement skills, and consistent monthly productivity. This is a performance-based advisory role supported by structured training, mentorship, and clear productivity milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage individuals and families to identify basic financial protection and planning needs through guided conversations.
- Learn and apply foundational advisory skills via structured training and mentoring.
- Build professional discipline through consistent monthly client activations and case submissions.
- Manage client servicing, documentation, and follow-ups independently.
- Participate actively in academy training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
