AI Operation Associate

Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain AI models and automated workflows.
Track AI system performance and identify operational issues.
Coordinate AI model deployment and version control.
Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.
Troubleshoot AI-related operational incidents.
Document AI processes, workflows, and best practices.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
Generate operational reports and performance metrics.
Recommend process improvements to enhance AI efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data operations.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
Understanding of AI model lifecycle and MLOps concepts.
Experience with workflow automation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards.
