• Diagnose hardware, software, or system faults both remotely and on-site.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, equipment calibrations, and system upgrades.
• Educate clients on proper product usage, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures to prevent misuse.
• Oversee the repair, return, or replacement of defective parts within company warranty policies.
• Prepare detailed service logs, track spare parts inventory, and compile maintenance reports.
• Relay customer feedback and recurring product issues to the research, development, or manufacturing teams for product improvement.
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Renewable Energy).
• Deep understanding of the specific product lines, machinery, or technical systems involved.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical jargon for non-technical users.
• A high degree of patience, empathy, and professionalism in resolving complaints and ensuring client success.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits or participate in emergency breakdown rotations when required
