Key Responsibilities

• Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Greet clients, manage incoming mail, and coordinate courier deliveries.
• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and organize team meetings.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and respond to emails professionally.
• Support the company’s digital platforms.
• Assist with content creation and provide social media support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or another related field.
• No working experience is required.
