We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage and coordinate accounting activities across multiple retail outlets. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification or progress toward one (e.g., CPA/ACCA) is an advantage. 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or another multi-branch environment. Experience working with POS systems and accounting software. Strong Excel skills and experience with reconciliations and financial reporting. Experience coordinating financial activities across multiple locations is highly desirable. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of outlet reconciliations. Reduction in cash, sales, and stock discrepancies. Timely submission of financial reports. Accuracy of inventory and outlet accounting records. Compliance with financial policies and controls. Timely resolution of accounting discrepancies.
