Account Manager

​As we continue our aggressive expansion across key regional hubs, we are looking for ambitious commercial professionals Account Manager to drive high-value client acquisition, nurture key partner networks (IBs/affiliates), and scale regional revenue.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact to provide professional support and account assistance.
• Understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with clients to improve engagement, activity, and account growth.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Assist clients with account onboarding, platform usage, and general enquiries.
• Monitor client feedback and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular account performance reports.
• Support business development activities and contribute to achieving company targets.
• Stay updated on Forex market trends and industry developments.
