The Role:
You will own organic social media content across Instagram and LinkedIn, turning a complex and important health topic into content that people actually engage with and share.
Your work will build awareness of brain health across Singapore and the region, with a major campaign push leading into World Alzheimer's Month in September.
This is a hands-on creator role. You will design, edit, write, and post.
About the Company:
Our client is a Singapore-based health technology company on a mission to make early detection of cognitive decline accessible to everyone.
They have developed a clinically validated digital cognitive assessment, tested with Asian populations and delivered through a growing network of partner clinics across Singapore and Malaysia, with expansion planned across Southeast Asia.
Beyond the product, the company is driving a bigger movement: building public awareness that dementia and Alzheimer's are conditions people can get ahead of.
Early detection opens the door to intervention, lifestyle change, and better long-term brain health.
The team includes clinicians, researchers, and operators, and content plays a central role in their growth strategy, including a podcast series hosted by the company's founder.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 2:00 to 6:00 pm (Singapore Time, 20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the organic content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn
Clip and edit long-form podcast and YouTube episodes into engaging short-form videos
Design graphics, carousels, and other visual content for posting
Write captions and copy that make brain health accessible, relatable, and shareable
Develop and execute an awareness campaign for World Alzheimer's Month (September), including interactive formats such as quizzes designed for viral reach
Drive audiences toward the company's free online cognitive test as the primary call to action
Ensure all content remains general health information and never crosses into medical advice
Monitor engagement and performance, and iterate on what works
Requirements:
Proven experience creating organic social media content, ideally in health, wellness, or medical sectors, with a portfolio to demonstrate it
Video editing skills, particularly short-form clipping from podcasts and long-form content
Graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to grow engagement organically, ideally with examples of viral or high-reach content
Sound judgment on health content sensitivities and compliance, understanding the line between education and medical advice
Excellent written English
Familiarity with Southeast Asian audiences and cultural nuances around health topics is a strong advantage
Independent Contractor Perks:
Permanent work from home
Immediate hiring
Note:
Please click the Apply button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
Your hourly pay rate will be established based on your performance in the application process; submissions with all requirements fulfilled will receive priority review.
We are committed to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices. This role is a remote contractor position and not a Singapore-based employment opportunity.
