About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TESDA Assessment Center Manager to join our dynamic team at Integrated Innovation and Hospitality Colleges' in Novaliches Proper Quezon City Metro Manila.
This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the operations of our TESDA Assessment Center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of assessment services to our students and clients.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the TESDA Assessment Center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance
Coordinate with TESDA and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Develop and implement assessment strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of assessment staff
Analyse assessment data and generate reports to inform continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with the college's academic and administrative teams to align assessment practices with the institution's educational objectives
Represent the college in TESDA-related events and activities, fostering strong partnerships with industry stakeholders
What we're looking for
Must have experience in managing a TESDA Assessment Center or a similar assessment facility
Strong understanding of TESDA's assessment regulations, policies, and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with TESDA officials, college staff, and students
Proven track record in developing and implementing assessment strategies that align with industry standards and educational objectives
Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive continuous improvement
Ability to lead and motivate a team of assessment staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
