About the role
Awards Central Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
As a Graphic Artist, you will be at the forefront of our visual communication strategy, creating compelling and innovative graphic designs that bring our brand to life and engage our audiences.
This role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional design solutions that elevate our clients' brands and drive business success.
What you'll be doing
Develop creative and visually striking graphic designs for a variety of digital and print mediums, including branding materials, marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional content
Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and stakeholders to understand design briefs, project objectives, and target audiences
Produce high-quality design concepts and mockups that align with brand guidelines and creative strategy
Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to create, edit, and refine visual assets
Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team members whilst maintaining creative integrity
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Stay current with design trends, techniques, and best practices within the graphic design industry
Support the creative team in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes
Prepare final design files for production, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Excellent eye for detail with the ability to produce work that is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective
Solid knowledge of digital and print design requirements, including file formats, resolution, and colour modes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and deliver quality work under pressure
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creating innovative visual solutions
Knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX) design is advantageous
Familiarity with brand development and identity design is preferred
