Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings.
With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:
Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem

General Objective:
Responsible for configuration/set up, renewal, updates, and maintenance of client’s benefits enrollment system.
What are some of the responsibilities?
Configuration, set up and testing of new and existing implementation clients based on the required client specifications.
Responsible for the updates and renewals of ongoing clients.
Updates client’s enrollment systems by creating templates and/or manually entering client requirements into the system.
Create and test Action Manager for AE and ongoing notifications.
Generate and QA Pre and Post AE communications and queue for client’s enrollment system to print and mail.
Conducts testing of enrollments system including but not limited to creating test employees and employee groups and performing scenario testing.
Ensuring that client rules were captured accurately, and employees are able to enroll into the system without any issues.
Reviewing rates and validating system generated costs and payroll contributions.
Responds to emails and resolving of queries and issues raised by the client in a timely manner.
Reaches out to clients via email, ticket, case or call to address issues or any client related concerns.
Assists in creating test scripts, procedures and other client and company required documents.
Participates in client calls and training sessions when necessary.
What are the ideal requirements?
Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering) or equivalent work experience in systems configuration
Background in US healthcare is an advantage
Willingness to work on 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift, including flexibility for alternate schedules to support client-required conference calls, web conferences, and meetings
