Qualifications
2-3+ years of hands-on collections experience supporting U.S.-based clients Proven experience managing collections for U.S. businesses with strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and follow-up practices Strong understanding of accounts receivable and collections processes Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Confidence in conducting phone calls with brokers and external partners Strong attention to detail with accurate recordkeeping and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple follow-ups while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and on time Communicate with brokers through phone and email to ensure correct payment setup Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate timely collections with brokers Maintain accurate records of invoices, collection activities, payment history, and customer communications Ensure compliance with documented financial processes, policies, and procedures
