JOB DUTIES:
To support revenue growth by:
Executing high-impact industry events and technical engagements that generate qualified leads
Systematically nurturing cold engineering and client prospects into sales opportunities
Strengthening marketing-to-sales alignment to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-through
Improving pipeline quality and increasing conversion rates through targeted campaigns and relationship-building
QUALIFICATIONS:
at least Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Management/Marketing, Communication or Engineering or equivalent
1-2 years experience in B2B marketing, events and business development
Exposure to industrial, engineering, oil and gas, power, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
Professional communication with technical and executive stakeholders
Ability to understand technical service offerings (with guidance)
0RM and data management proficiency
Comfortable working in structured follow-up systems
Analytical and performance-oriented mindset
