Role: Customer Experience Representative Work Arrangement: Work from Home Location: Any CS PH Branch - Angeles Schedule: Night Shift
Job Description:
Respond to live chat enquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product information and assist customers with general enquiries.
Create and maintain accurate customer notes to ensure seamless handovers to our Australia (Sydney) and Korea (Seoul) teams.
Escalate urgent, technical, or complex enquiries to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our internal systems.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders following Fast Printing's internal training and procedures.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while proudly representing the FastPrinting.com brand.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
1-2 years of exp
Good communication & Good Attitude
Preferably finish study in University
Must be included in the VR: Why are you interested in this role & What is your impression about the company based on the website (to follow)
Must agreed US Shift expect rotation of schedule as for the operations
target interview August 10
CRM: Outlook, basic computer skills and  microsoft
with printing industry is an advantage
