About the role
LTS Luminex Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Installer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
This full-time role is responsible for training and mentoring our PPF installation team to ensure they deliver high-quality service to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Provide hands-on training and guidance to tinters on proper techniques and best practices
Oversee the installation process to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions
Maintain detailed records of training activities and technician performance
Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement
Assist with the installation of PPF on customer vehicles as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience as a tint installer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
Extensive knowledge of window film products, installation techniques, and industry best practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor team members
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
