Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-obsessed Appraisal Data Entry Specialist to transcribe property appraisal data into standardized report forms.
In this role, you will take completed data from a custom template and carefully enter it into the UAD (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) form within Total appraisal software, making sure every field is populated correctly.
This is a precision-driven position ideal for someone who takes pride in error-free work and can follow an established workflow closely.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe appraisal data from a provided template into the UAD form inside Total appraisal software
Populate dynamic (non-static) form fields accurately, making sure data lands in the correct place
Review each completed report for accuracy and completeness before returning it
Manage report files received via email and return finished reports promptly
Follow the established template and workflow precisely, with minimal deviation
Flag any missing, unclear, or inconsistent data in the source files before proceeding
Maintain strict confidentiality of all property and appraisal information
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in data entry or transcription with a strong accuracy record
Familiarity with Total appraisal software (a la mode / CoreLogic), or the ability to learn it quickly
Understanding of UAD (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) report forms
Comfort working with dynamic, non-static form fields
Exceptional attention to detail — this role has zero tolerance for careless errors
Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and responsiveness over email
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in the real estate appraisal industry
Experience supporting or working alongside appraisers
Familiarity with common appraisal forms (URAR, 1004, 1073, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple reports at once without sacrificing quality
