AI Trainer – Coding Projects (Remote, Freelance)
EBIT Co., Ltd. collaborates with leading global technology companies on AI training and evaluation projects.
We are currently recruiting software developers and engineers to contribute to remote coding projects focused on creating realistic CLI agent data for AI evaluation and benchmarking.
This opportunity is ideal for developers who enjoy designing real-world command-line workflows, creating practical technical scenarios, and helping improve the performance of next-generation AI agents through high-quality evaluation data.
Depending on your experience and expertise, you may be assigned to projects involving CLI task creation, prompt design, workflow development, technical scenario writing, and AI agent evaluation.
What You May Work On
Creating realistic CLI-based tasks, prompts, and workflows for AI agent evaluation
Designing end-to-end command-line scenarios based on practical software engineering use cases
Developing structured technical data that reflects real-world terminal and developer workflows
Writing clear and realistic task instructions for CLI agents
Evaluating task quality for realism, technical accuracy, workflow coherence, and usability
Supporting AI benchmarking by creating high-quality command-line agent evaluation data
Required Qualifications
Comfortable with coding concepts and software development fundamentals
Familiar with terminal (CLI) environments and command-line workflows
Ability to design realistic technical tasks based on practical software engineering scenarios
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly in written English
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with software engineering workflows
Experience using terminal (CLI) environments
Experience writing scripts or automation tasks
Familiarity with developer tools and modern development environments
Experience with AI agent evaluation or benchmarking projects
Experience contributing to open-source projects

Flexible working hours
Compensation varies by project and task complexity (typically PHP 1,540 – 1,550 per hour)
