Does it work if my candidates reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Saplic's recruitment software does not require you to post the job there: you can create the candidate record by hand and attach the CV they sent you over chat. Most small companies start exactly that way, uploading what they already had on their phone.
Can I use it only for an internal process at my company?
Yes, and none of it gets published. You can open a role that never reaches the job board and use the board only to organise people already working with you or referrals from the team. The process is yours and only the people at your company you gave access to can see it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Saplic runs inside the browser, so there is nothing to install or update and no need to ask IT for permission. You sign in with your email and password from any computer.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The board, the candidate record and the interview schedule all work from a phone with no app to install. It is most useful for checking a CV or moving someone to another stage when you are away from your computer.
Are my data and the CVs private?
Yes. The candidates you add and the CVs you upload belong to your company and no other company sees them: they are not shared and never appear on the public job board. Files are kept in private storage and are only served to someone at your company with permission to view them.
Can I give my team access?
Yes. You can create users for the people who recruit with you, each with their own login, and choose which modules each one can open. Every action is logged with the name of whoever did it, so you always know who called or who ran the interview.
Is it worth it if I only hire one or two people a year?
Yes, and that is where it shows most. When you hire rarely, months pass between one search and the next and nothing is written down: CVs get lost and you cannot remember why you rejected someone. With the history saved, next year's search starts with the previous candidates already sorted.
