JOB INFORMATION

• Work Location: Nampula City
• Industry: Logistics
• Education: Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in the field or in similar roles.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Salary: Industry standard + bonus

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and store goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the proper organization of products in the warehouse, maintaining accurate identification and orderly storage.
• Control the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate recording in the system and/or inventory documentation.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.
• Prepare and pick goods for dispatch, ensuring compliance with requisitions and delivery orders.
• Inspect the physical condition of received goods and report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods whenever required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and all warehouse-related documentation.
