• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and/or administrative management roles.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese Salary: Industry standard + bonus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the administrative and commercial operations of the Nampula Branch.
• Lead the local team, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective cash management, invoicing, collections, and credit management.
• Supervise inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Prepare sales, management, and branch performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies, and safety standards.
