Sales & Business Development Manager

We are recruiting!

Our client in Maputo is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team within the travel and tourism Sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate, government, NGO, SME, and individual clients.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and customer needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, meetings, industry events, and other business development activities.
• Arrange and conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders, and business presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Travel & Tourism will be an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience within the travel agency, tourism, hospitality, airline, corporate travel, or related service industry is highly desirable.
