We are recruiting!

Our client in Tete is looking for a Parts Superior to join their team within the Mining Sector.

Responsibilities:

Communicate and ensure the execution of parts indemnity claims, including reporting excess, missing, or damaged parts and submitting the corresponding claims.

Report any deficiencies related to contamination control.

Understand audit findings within the area of responsibility and implement continuous improvements.

Ensure a thorough understanding of warehouse processes and maintain daily compliance with established procedures.

Assist with daily container inspections and inventory stock counts, as required.

Ensure compliance with task-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as collection waiting times.

Support return shipment activities when applicable, including central consolidation and supplier returns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

4 to 6 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.

Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP EWM or SAP WM).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Knowledge of inventory management systems and best warehousing practices.

Forklift operator license/certification (preferred).

Completed Secondary Education.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and make decisions.

Ability to handle heavy loads.
