Join Servtec SBM and contribute to the efficient and safe management of our operational base in Pemba.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage warehouse and operational base operations.
Supervise warehouse, logistics and inventory activities.
Ensure accurate stock control (>99% inventory accuracy).
Coordinate receiving, storage, order preparation and dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
Lead and motivate warehouse and logistics teams.
Maintain compliance with HSE, food safety and quality standards.
Monitor operational performance and identify improvements.
Ensure operational readiness to support vessels and offshore projects when required.
- REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Previous experience in Shipchandling, Oil & Gas or Marine Supply is highly desirable.
Experience managing multicultural teams.
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
Excellent leadership, planning and organization skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
