What is recruitment agency software?
Recruitment agency software is the tool an agency uses to run, in parallel, the searches its different clients have commissioned: which roles each one has open, how many people are at each stage and how many hires are closed. It differs from a company ATS in that the unit of work is the client project rather than the single vacancy, and in that the agency has to be able to show that client the progress without giving them access to candidate data.
One project per search, several roles inside it
In Saplic, a project groups every role in the same search. Progress is calculated on its own: the target is the sum of its roles' openings, and hires and pending positions are counted against it. A role turns to "filled" by itself once hires reach the number of openings, and it does not reopen on its own: the only thing that reopens it is raising the number of openings, which is an explicit decision by whoever is recruiting.
The report you can actually send the client
Saplic has a project progress view built to be read with your client: how many candidates are at each stage, how many were rejected for each reason and how long the process is taking, and it prints to PDF from the browser. Everything it shows is aggregated and carries no personal data at all: no names, no phone numbers, no email addresses, no internal notes and no reason why any specific person was rejected. It is the only screen in the system designed to be seen by someone outside your agency.
That view does not even query the candidate tables: there is no path through which a personal detail could leak from it.
Each recruiter sees their own work
Each person on your team sees only the projects where they are listed as owner, and the roles where they are listed as recruiter. The account owner and administrator users see everything. Every user signs in with their own login and with the modules you assigned them, and everything they do is recorded with their name and the date.

No. The Saplic interview calendar is internal: it shows interviews in a weekly view and in a list, but it does not sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or any external calendar. Scheduling an interview also does not send an automatic email to the candidate.
Where are the CVs my agency uploads stored?
The CVs your agency uploads to Saplic are kept in private storage, linked only to your account. They do not appear in the public Saplic job board and are not visible to other companies.
