Warehouse Supervisor -Raw Materials (For A Manufacturing Company)

Salary: Kshs. 45,000 - 70,000 Plus Company Benefits

Requirements:

• Diploma Or Bachelors Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
  
• Good Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Warehouse Best Practices.
  
• Strong Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills.
  
• Ability To Work Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.

Experience:

• Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Warehouse Supervisory Role Or A Similar Position.
  
• Experience In A Food Processing Or Manufacturing Environment Will Be An Added Advantage.

Duties:

• Supervise The Daily Operations Of The Raw Materials Warehouse.
  
• Ensure Timely Receipt, Inspection, Storage, And Issuance Of Raw Materials.
  
• Maintain Accurate Inventory Records And Conduct Regular Stock Counts And Reconciliations.
  
• Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With Procurement And Production Teams To Ensure Material Availability.
  
• Enforce Fifo/Fefo Inventory Management Practices Where Applicable.
  
• Ensure Compliance With Food Safety, Hygiene, Health And Safety, And Warehouse Operating Procedures.
  
• Lead, Train, And Supervise Warehouse Staff To Achieve Operational Efficiency.
  
• Prepare Warehouse Reports, Investigate Inventory Discrepancies, And Implement Corrective Actions.
  
• Ensure Proper Housekeeping And Secure Storage Of Raw Materials.
