Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
Minimum High School Diploma and/or HEART Certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of
- 2–3 CXC subjects
, including English.
Previous call centre experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Flexible to work any day and any shift.
