Responsibilities:

Videography:

• Cover news events, interviews, field reports, and live broadcasts
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment professionally
• Ensure clear, stable, and broadcast-standard footage

Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage into compelling news packages and short-form content
• Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects
• Color grade and ensure final output meets broadcast quality

Content & Collaboration:

• Work closely with reporters, anchors, and producers to deliver stories on deadline
• Manage and archive video files and project assets
• Support social media and digital content teams with edited clips

Equipment & Maintenance:

• Maintain video equipment and report technical issues
• Stay updated with new editing techniques, software, and trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or related field is an advantage
• Proven work experience as a Videographer/Video Editor is required
• Portfolio of previous work/news content required
• Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound
• Good storytelling and news sense
• Creative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to work under pressure
• Must be available to work Monday - Saturday

Remuneration: NGN100,000 – 150,000/month
