Duties &Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute both short-form and long-form video shoots.
Capture high-quality video and photographic content for digital and marketing campaigns.
Setup and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
Capture both planned and spontaneous content to support authentic brand storytelling.
Edit and produce engaging short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.
Incorporate captions, transitions, graphics, and trending audio to enhance audience engagement.
Ensure consistency in visual branding across all content produced.
Export and optimize content in platform-specific formats for various digital channels.
Organize, archive, and maintain media files, footage, and backups systematically.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content aligned with marketing objectives.
Stay up date done merging social media trend sand recommend innovative content ideas.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of four(4)years' proven experience in videography and video editing.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing documentary or story-led content, brand/corporate videos, and social media reels.
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other professional video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
Experience working with healthcare, NGO, or purpose-driven brands will be an added advantage.
Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
