Supply & Operation Planning Intern

Job Description

• Calculate order qty by considering stock, outstanding PO, and demand qty
• Calculate qty needs for SKU with BOM
• Identify capacity warehouse and decide the verdict for reschedule approval
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and maintain SLA of PO creation
• Maintain and improve Out of Stock rate, loss sales rate, and DOI across category
• Side project: automate BAU task using data programming tools

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh Graduated or Final Year Student in Engineering, Management,Economic, Business Administration
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work as a team player and individual contributor
• Well organised with attention to detail and accuracy
• High sense of ownership and responsibility
