Position Overview
The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the timely availability of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting efficient supply chain operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and orders.
• Follow up supplier deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
• Update inventory management systems.
• Coordinate receipt and issuance of materials.• Support warehouse operations.
• Maintain supplier documentation.
• Prepare procurement and inventory reports.
• Monitor stock reorder levels.
• Assist in logistics coordination.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma Supply Chain Management.
• CIPS Qualification Advantage.
• Two Years Experience.
• Procurement Experience Preferred.
