Picco Construction (Private) Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and highly motivated students seeking industrial attachment opportunities in the Quantity Surveying Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).• Support measurement and valuation of construction work.• Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documents.• Participate in site visits and progress assessments.• Help compile payment certificates and variation orders.• Maintain quantity surveying records and documentation.• Assist with material take-offs and cost control activities.• Provide general administrative support to the Quantity Surveying team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Currently studying towards a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying• Must be eligible for industrial attachment as part of the academic programme.• Basic understanding of construction measurement and costing principles.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).• Strong analytical and numerical skills.• Good communication and report writing skills.• A willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
