VACANCY NOTICE

Stores Controller (C3)

Location: Msasa DepotReporting to: Accountant

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as a Stores Controller. The job exists for the purpose of maintaining stocks in the plant stores and ensuring that all plant consumables are available.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepares monthly stores reports in Navision D365* Monthly and quarterly stock counts* Prepare monthly stock requirements* Issue stocks; process invoices* GRN* Prepare inventory reports* Supervise stores

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

* Degree in Logistics and Supply Management / Stores Management / Warehouse Management / Operations Management* Computer literate, SAP, Navision D365* Clean Class 4 driver’s license* CIPS Diploma or any other equivalent will be an added advantage* Knowledge in any of the systems ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

* A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role* Knowledge of stock management* Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
