Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Installation of software and Database
  • Implementation of Software
  • Training of Software
  • Provide first-line support to clients using our software
  • Troubleshoot technical and user issues promptly
  • Guide clients through software features and updates
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the product vendor
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements:
  • Degree in accounting, computer science, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or accounting software preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principle
  • Basic Knowledge of Sage software (Added advantage)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Location: On-site, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 Monthly
