Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-performing visual content (primarily Linkedin, Reels, and Shorts). Monitor viral internet trends daily to pitch timely ideas. Write engaging, platform-specific copy, manage the monthly content calendar, interact with the online community, and track basic analytics to optimize brand engagement and reach.

1. Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience creating native content for brands, agencies, or building a significant personal social media presence.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and mobile cinematography (lighting, framing, and audio capture using smartphones/mics)
3. Design Tools: Strong familiarity with design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
   
4. Platform Expertise: Deep, intuitive understanding of the mechanics and algorithms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn/Pinterest (depending on niche).
   
5. Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset to handle rapid turnarounds and shifting trend
   
6. Portfolio Requirement: A digital portfolio or links to active social accounts you have managed/created for is mandatory for application.
